- Multibanco Reference: Payment by Entity / Reference / Amount

You can make the payment at ATMs or through your Home Banking by selecting the option "Payments for Services/Purchases", entering the data provided. Never make any payment without Luxsmile confirming the ATM reference and the amount to be paid. The reference generated at the time of ordering relates solely and exclusively to the order.

- Bank transfer:

If you choose this option, never make any payment without being given the final amount to pay. The order will be dispatched after confirmation of receipt of the amount at our bank. This situation may take between 1 and 2 business days, depending on the customer's bank.


It is very important that you include the order number in the transfer description (not applicable when paying at ATM terminals).

PayPal: PayPal Account / Visa Card / Master Card

When selecting this payment method you will automatically be redirected to the PayPal website where you can choose your PayPal account or credit card.


- Delivery to Collection: Payment cash on delivery

This payment method is only available for mainland Portugal. If the customer does not pick up the order and it is returned, the shipping costs will be borne by the customer.


- Credit card:

When selecting this payment method you will automatically be redirected to the HiPay website where you can choose your credit card. All personal data collected by Luxsmile will only be used for the purpose for which the store is dedicated. They aim to provide you with a service of maximum quality and convenience. If there is a computer, technical or other error that causes an unforeseen change to the public sale price, it will be adjusted.
